128/05 DECLARATIONS OF PERSONAL INTEREST.
Cllr Unsworth declared an interest in
Cllr Bradbury declared an interest in South Yorks
Pensions Authority
Cllr G Punt reported that funding for first
affordable homes had been a success.
There will be affordable housing built at Fir Tree Estate, Thurgoland
and
Cllr Unsworth reported that the launch of the “Penistone Guide” had been very successful and the guides were disappearing very quickly. Cllrs Mrs Collett, Mrs Bradbury and Mrs Rusby congratulated John Hislop and the artist concerned for an excellent publication.
Moved Cllr Harrison, seconded Cllr R HInchliff and RESOLVED that Cllrs Gregory, Punt, Mrs Rusby and Mrs Hinchliff continue as Governors.
132/05 MOTTRAM/TINTWISTLE BYPASS
Members stated that they had no
objection to the idea of a bypass, but were extremely concerned about the
effects on Thurlstone and Millhouse Green and that no consideration had been
given to this side of the
