The Town Council objects to this application. This area is designated for light industrial use and any change is departing from the UDP. Concerns were made about the proposed number of dwellings on the site and the further impact that increased traffic will have on the Manchester Road. A letter of objection had been received from a member of the public.

The Town Council raised concerns about the impact of the increase in traffic on a very narrow lane.
