ABSENT

Apologies were accepted from Cllrs J B Lucas and P Hand Davis.

 

DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST

Naylor Myers made a contribution to the Mayors Parade and Gala. Cllr Rusby declared an interest in 0859.

Cllr Lofthouse declared an interest in 1050

Cllrs Starling and R Hinchliff declared an interest in 1052

The Town Council has no objection to this application providing the Tree Preservation Officer has approved of the removal of the trees.

The Town Council would like a planning condition –‘For non-commercial use only’ and that further developmental rights be excluded.
