For information we have been informed that there may be an application forthcoming to turn this into a residential home.
5. Letter from Penistone Church Football club expressing concerns on the development of the High Tec Foundry Site.
The new development is having an adverse affect on the boundary fence at the football club. The new steep drop could also be very dangerous as often balls go over the boundary.
Following discussion, it was moved by Cllr Collett, seconded by Cllr Lofthouse and agreed that the developers should be asked to stop work until the problem over the boundary is remedied and at the developers expense. This should be forwarded to the planning department.
6 Letter from resident suggesting inappropriate use of grassland.
