Employee. Cllr Bradbury declared a prejudicial interest and left the room, as
did Cllrs B and R Hinchliff.

Penistone Town Council strongly objects to this application. The proposed site is in a dangerous place,
which would block visibility and create a traffic hazard. There is not enough room for this type of
display.

Penistone Town Council objects to this application as an over development of the site. It is also believed that a conservatory on the front is not permitted.

(0736) had been granted planning permission subject to certain conditions. The
