419            Increase height of roof to form first floor accommodation, erection of side attached garage with accommodation above and erection of front porch extension to dwelling. 1 Meadow View, Hoylandswaine for Mr & Mrs Wilmot.

424      Erection of rear conservatory extension to dwelling. 34 Gledhill Ave, Penistone for Mr & Mrs Kilmer.

The Town Council have no objections to the above plans.

 

 

420            Erection of detached dwelling. Royd Field farm, Mortimer Road, Cubley for Miss Margaret Berry.  The Town Council have concerns about a new dwelling, which has no agricultural justification being built in the Green Belt.

 

2.         Mr R Ward, allotment 3 granted permission to erect an 8’x6’ greenhouse.
