It was first opened for Queen Victoria's Jubilee in 1800 and has exhibits of domestic bygones, Victorian Memorabilia, natural history, local industries and much more, some unusual items include 2 headed lamb, a mantrap, a coffin bier and cobra in combat with a mongoose! Opening Times are Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays 2.00pm tp 5.00pm (fromPalm Sunday to the end of October). Group bookings are taken at anytime throughout the year. |
