Improves flexibility, strength and muscle tone. There are two man types to look out for – Hatha and Astanga. While both emphasise breathing, mental concentration and stretching, Hatha is slower and more gentle while Astanga is a series of fluid movements which an be quite strenuous.

Varied terrain ranging from broad paths to pathless fields. Utilises some of the lesser used paths in the area. Boots are required for muddier sections. No scrambling but some steep gradients. Wind proof clothes may at times be advisable on some sections. |
