There are four petrol generators available from the equipment bank. Three are of the small 2.5 kVA variety, which can be carried easily. These are ideal for running the floodlights or other small electrical requirements.The large 6kVA wheeled generator has a much greater output and is suitable for powering larger event needs such as coolers at portable bars. Stage systems and lights. Advice should be sought from a suitably qualified electrician if you have specific requirements. Each generator comes with a fly-lead giving 3-pin plug 240 volt connectivity. There are also a number of 110 volt extension reels for use with the floodlights or other 110 volt equipment.

Three twin head 110 volt 500 watt floodlights for use with the generators are ideal for those evening/night events where outside lighting may be required. Having extending poles they reach approx 2 meters tall.

Available as a fully portable Public Address system, with two 75-watt speakers, a wired microphone and an additional wireless microphone. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use (In dry conditions). Will deliver amplified voice within village halls and most small to medium indoor venues. Together with the additional twin CD deck these combined units will play CD based music to most audiences. Ideal for discos / dances at schools and community events. Comes complete with a small selection of CD music for all occasions, extension cable as well as full instructions on set-up and use. Will need a suitably sized table to operate. Not suitable for amplifying other musical instruments e.g. a group or band.

A 16' x 14' Bouncy Castle/Slide combination unit, complete with ground sheet, electric blower, extension reel and two crash mats.
Ideal for fundraising or a kids party. Comes complete in a large carry bag.
Caution: It is heavy and measures 1m x 1m x 1.5m when deflated in its bag. Requires two strong people to carry it and a large car boot or trailer. It will fit in a hatch back or estate car, but not the average saloon car boot. There is a trailer for use with the community equipment, providing you have a vehicle with a tow ball.
This equipment has strict rules of use, which must be adhered to. These will be issued with the equipment. Max age 15 years.

Pop-up-Tent 3m x 4.5m (Blue Walls)

There are three Pop-up Tents available, each coming in their own carry box and can be erected in a short space of time by just two people. Each tent has a concertina steel frame and a white canvas roof. There are separate side walls for each tent, one wall having a central opening zip. They can erected with just the roof, or with any number of side walls. Comes complete with a full sized heavy duty ground sheet, guy kit and ground stakes, as well as optional weight bags for use on hard surfaces.

A high quality and very versatile staging system. There are twenty-five 1 metre square sections available, plus steps and side rails. Each section is 500 mm high and can be arranged in many different combinations. They can be laid out and connected to one another in a full flat stage, or in different shapes and/or with tiered sections for use in presentations or choir/musical set-ups. Ideal for school halls, choirs, bands, fashion shows etc. NOT for use outside and must be set up on a flat solid surface. Comes complete with instruction sheet.
The stage system is stacked on two wheeled trolleys and can be rolled into a suitable trailer or lifted individually into a van etc.

A large gas fired BBQ unit, suitable for those large parties or fundraising events. Has three gas burners for varied surfaces. It is quite large and needs a trailer or van to collect it.Measuring ? x ? x ? It won't fit in the average people carrier.
A trailer is available from the equipment bank providing your vehicle has a suitable tow ball.
Tools & gas bottles are available with the BBQ and costs depend on the type of organisation / hirer.

Remember you have to bring it back clean.

500 plastic garden type chairs are available, which can be used internally or externally. Ideal for large attendances and concerts. It will be your responsibility to clean them before and after use and pay for any chairs lost or broken.

Twelve heavy duty folding tables are available. These are ideal for external use and have substantial frames and tops for heavy duty use.

10 steel crowd barriers and feet. 100 round wooden stakes. Steel post knocker. Several hundreds of metres of rope. Ideal items to create arenas, event and entrance areas.

Water Boiler Gas powered

Two twin ring gas fuelled cooking hobs. A gas fuelled 20-litre water boiler. An electric powered 20-litre water boiler. These plus gas bottles to suit are available and ideal for any type of field kitchen or catering requirements.
